Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate on the 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift in Wisconsin. You will handle pallet jacks, prepare orders, and ensure product integrity in a cold warehouse environment.

Requirements include reading and communicating in English, basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training and safety programs are provided.

Responsibilities

• Enters and exits equipment to select items from warehouse pick locations using ride-on pallet jacks and RF devices.
• Completes outbound orders per shipping instructions and product requirements.
• Palletizes and builds transport-ready pallets ensuring product integrity and accurate fulfillment.
• Shrink wraps pallets and applies pallet tags/placards.
• Rotates inventory and maintains inventory records.
• Performs daily forklift/powered industrial truck inspections and reports issues.
• Follows GMP, Saputo food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Reports safety or quality hazards to management.
• Attends required training and shift meetings; performs other duties as assigned.

Shift 2:00PM to 10:00PM

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Enters and exits equipment to manually select the correct items and correct quantity from warehouse pick locations using ride-on double pallet jacks and Radio Frequency devices, location barcodes, case labels and work orders.
• Completes all outbound orders, including customer orders and intra company stock transfers, in accordance with outlined shipping instructions such as correct pallet type, slipsheet and temperature recording device usage, minimum shelf-life requirement, TixHi and item grouping.
• Palletizes and builds stable and transport ready pallets of various dairy products, ensuring product integrity, accuracy and damage free order fulfillment.
• Securely shrink wraps each pallet of product along with affixing proper pallet tags and/or placards.
• Rotates inventory and maintains accurate inventories and required inventory records.
• Completes daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspection, ensuring safe operation and reporting any concerns to maintenance personnel or shift supervisor.
• Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices, Saputo's food safety, quality programs and regulatory requirements.
• Promptly reports all potential quality, food safety, and workplace safety hazards to management team.
• Attends and participates in all required training, shift meetings and committees.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Able to operate material handling equipment

Position Abilities And Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in warehouse environment which includes but is not limited to: noise, cold temperatures, standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around material handling equipment consistently throughout the shift.
• Physical lifting up to 50-lbs unassisted continuously throughout the shift.
• Wearing personal protective equipment and following all established procedures.
• Good visual acuity with the ability to distinguish colors. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Fine manipulation and hand dexterity, including ability to grip and squeeze; handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms
• Must be able to work overtime on a daily and/or weekly basis.

Starting wage $27.14 + shift differential.
