Job summary

Bunzl Distribution in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Order Selector for 1st shift to pick products accurately in a fast-paced warehouse. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork to meet daily demand and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, with comprehensive training provided. The position offers room for growth and benefits including medical coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off within a supportive, inclusive work

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operation.
• 1 year experience on a stock picker is preferred but training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
• Ensure all picked items are in good condition and match the order requirements (quantity, quality, etc.).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
