Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an order selector to pick merchandise for stores in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will read orders, select items, and place them into totes with high accuracy, while adhering to safety guidelines.

Regularly lift 30–50 pounds and stay on top of pick-line performance. This full-time role requires 18+ years of age, good reading/writing/counting skills, and certification on needed equipment.

Qualifications

As an order selector, you will pick pieces of merchandise into a tote or box for stores. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance to meet the needs of store orders while utilizing safe work practices. You may work in other areas or functions of the warehouse, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read store orders which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
• Select the needed pieces of merchandise and place them into a tote.
• Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise selected.
• Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines.
• Maintain 100% or greater to performance standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work zones at the end of each shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
• Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to read, write, and count accurately. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally. Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job task. Ability to work overtime. Previous warehouse experience, High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Schedule and Pay

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
