Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Tracy, CA is seeking a reliable Order Selector / Cherry Picker to join our warehouse team. You will process orders, pick, pack, label, and ensure accurate inventory control while safely operating powered industrial trucks.

The ideal candidate has experience in general warehouse work, familiarity with scanning equipment, and a high level of accuracy with strong teamwork and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• General warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating cherry pickers or powered industrial trucks.
• Familiarity with computers and scanning equipment preferred.
• High accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be able to stand/walk constantly and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Regular, dependable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders according to priority.
• Pick, pack, label, and receive shipments per SOPs and work instructions.
• Operate picking carts and powered industrial trucks (including cherry pickers).
• Accurately document packing and shipping of hazardous materials.
• Ensure inventory is neat, organized, and stored properly.
• Report issues including missing items, damaged goods, expired products, or out-of-stock inventory.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth operations and strong teamwork.

Order Selector / Cherry Picker

Location: Tracy, CA
Schedule: Sunday - Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$20 per hour

Position Summary

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector / Cherry Picker to join our warehouse team in Tracy, CA. This role focuses on accurate order processing, inventory management, and safe operation of powered industrial trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders according to Supervisor or Group Lead priority
• Pick, pack, label, and receive shipments per SOPs and work instructions
• Operate picking carts and powered industrial trucks (including cherry pickers)
• Accurately document packing and shipping of hazardous materials
• Ensure inventory is neat, organized, and stored under proper conditions
• Report issues including missing items, damaged goods, expired products, or out-of-stock inventory
• Assist team members to maintain smooth operations and strong teamwork

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• General warehouse experience
• Cherry picker or powered industrial truck operation experience
• Familiarity with computers and scanning equipment preferred
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be able to stand and move constantly; frequent walking, and lift up to 45 pounds
• Regular, dependable attendance required
