Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Picker Order Selector in Tomah, WI. You will accurately pick products using a voice headset, lift (up to 50 lbs) and stack cases, and move orders to the loading dock with pallet jacks or walkie-riders.

The role requires comfort with multi-temperature environments, standing for long periods, and performing cleanup duties as needed. Join a team that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.

• Ability to use headset-driven picking system.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers using voice headset.
• Stack cases on pallets and move to loading dock.
• Shrink wrap completed orders and secure them for transport.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Picker Order Selector- Tomah, WI

Job Overview

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head.
• Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
• Hand shrink wrap orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
• May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• 6:00 AM - finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. This position could utilize the following equipment: Electronic Pallet Jack - Walkie Rider - Voice Audio Headset - Shrink Wrap. This position could include: Hand Stacking - EPJ - Pallet Jacks - Voice Audio - Headsets - Picking - Picker - Order - Order Selecting - Pallets.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $21.63 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.67 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
• Ability to work while using a headset, voice-activated, order selector picking system.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
