Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an Order Selector for a premier distribution facility in the Aurora area. In this role, you will accurately process orders, handle goods, and maintain inventory flow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers a steady schedule and opportunities to develop skills through hands-on experience. You will work with shipping and receiving teams, operate scanning equipment, and follow safety protocols to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or material handling is a plus.

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Skills

• Strong attention to detail when matching codes, letters, and numbers.


• Ability to operate electronic scanning devices and navigate inventory software.


• Solid time management skills and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic.


• Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively across warehouse teams.
