Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking Warehouse Order Pullers for a distribution facility in Iowa. Pay is $19.30 per hour with 3:00pm-11:30pm shifts (Sunday–Thursday) and potential overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities include pulling orders at a rate of 160 per hour with 99.9% accuracy, using handheld scanners, packing and shrinking, and loading orders onto delivery vehicles. Must wear steel-toed boots and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pick rate of 160 picks per hour with 99.9% accuracy.

• Load liquor orders onto delivery trucks or customer vehicles.
• Restock pulling locations using mechanized equipment or by hand.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping or mopping floors.

Warehouse Order Puller

Our client is looking fro several Order selectors for a distribution facility.

Pay: $19.30 per hour

Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm (Sunday – Thursday.Opportunity for overtime during peak seasons.

Dress Code: MUST wear steel toed shoes, otherwise shorts are acceptable and a work t-shirt is provided

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintaining a pick rate standard of 160 picks per hour while achieving 99.9% accuracy.
2. Use mini “handheld” computer that measures 2X2 that includes the orders in which you will be pulling/preparingShrink wrapping palatalized orders to prevent breakage.
3. Counting pulled orders to ensure accuracy.
4. Loading customer’s liquor orders onto delivery trucks or will call customer vehicles.
5. Restocking warehouse pulling locations by use of mechanized equipment or by hand.
6. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/workspace.
7. Placing all materials for recycling in appropriate bins or compactors.Perform routine cleaning responsibilities including but not limited to sweeping or mopping floors, cleaning break areas.

Job Requirements

1. Steel toed boot required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a constant basis.
2. Must have previous forklift/ mechanized double pallet jack experience.
3. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a HIGH attention to detail.
4. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
5. Must be able to count from 0-100 and have basic multiplication skills.
