Behr Paint Company is seeking an Order Puller for our United States operation. You will scan and pull orders, lift cases or buckets weighing up to 75 lbs, and place them on pallets using a rider jack. You must follow safety protocols, attend training, and maintain high attendance.

In this role,you'reone of the most critical people in the operation. Each day you will fill ordersutilizinga scanner gun. After scanning, you will manually lift the cases or buckets onto pallets and then use ariderjack to deliver the pallets to the loading department. You will work in a safe,timely, andaccuratemanner to keep our shipping department running smoothly, keep the drivers on schedule, and allow us to get paint into stores that depend on us.

Here’swhatwe'relooking for from you:

• Attend training. Youwon'tbe out on the floor pulling orders until you are fully trained.You'llbegin with lots of safety training and other education.

• Safety. We have a meeting and do stretches at the beginning of each shift to warm up and get ready to safely lift paint all day.You will be required to wear proper safety equipment, including steel toed shoes at all times.We'revery proudof our safety record and want you to be part of that.

• Heavy lifting. The orders come to youelectronicallyand you will pull cases or buckets of paint and load them by hand onto pallets. Cases weigh about 40lbsand buckets are 75 lbs.

• A clean facility. You may have worked in dusty or grimy warehouses before, but we pride ourselves on how clean our facility is. We appreciate your help keeping it clean.

• Diploma or GED. A high school diploma orGEDisrequired.
