Job summary

American Associated Pharmacies (AAP) in Scottsboro, Alabama, is hiring an Order Processor (Part-Time) to support our API Warehouse team. The role involves pulling, packing and shipping orders to our customers, with a Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–9:00 pm schedule.

You'll join a busy operation serving community pharmacies nationwide. Cross-training in multiple warehouse tasks is common, and a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety is expected in a clean, air-conditioned environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass the required criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Pull, check, pack and ship products based on customer orders.
• Stock products received in the warehouse.
• Participate in physical inventory.
• Keep the working area and warehouse clean and hazard-free.
• Perform customer service duties as related to the department.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Position Summary:

Order Processors are responsible for pulling, packing and shipping orders to our valued customers daily, a very important job here at API. Our pharmacies depend on us to provide exceptional services so they can do the same for their patients. To keep the job interesting and dynamic, we ensure everyone learns multiple skills. Employees can expect to be cross-trained in multiple roles in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, check, pack and ship products based on customer orders
• Stock products received in the warehouse
• Participate in physical inventory
• Keep the working area and warehouse clean and hazard-free
• Perform customer service duties as related to the department
• All other duties, as assigned

Physical Requirements: (this section can be omitted depending on the position)

• Regularly required to stand or walk

• Regularly required to reach with hands and arms
• Regularly required to climb or balance, bend or stoop
• Regularly required to lift up to 40 pounds
