Job summary

SHRCORPUSA is hiring 27 Outbound Pickers for the Black Friday peak season in California. You will pick orders on foot with a pallet jack, scan items with RF scanners, and process them in the WMS to ready them for shipment.

Applicants should have prior order-picking experience, be comfortable with RF scanners and WMS, and be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with heavy items and regular lifting. Morning and night shifts are available.

Job Description

We are hiring 27 hardworking and dependable Outbound Pickers to support our warehouse operations during the Black Friday peak season. Candidates will be responsible for picking orders on foot using a pallet jack, accurately selecting products, and preparing orders for shipment.

The ideal candidate has previous order‑picking experience, is familiar with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and can work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick orders on foot using a pallet jack.
• Use RF scanners to scan products and verify order accuracy.
• Navigate and use the WMS to locate products and process orders.
• Ensure items are picked accurately according to order requirements.
• Handle heavy items and perform regular lifting and physical warehouse tasks.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and productivity during peak‑season operations.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

• Previous order‑picking experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners.
