Priority Tire is seeking a full-time Order Picker - Warehouse Associate to read and fulfill orders, pick and pack tires, and ensure quality checks. You will use RF scanners and warehouse equipment to manage inventory and ship accurate orders.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule or Sunday–Wednesday/Wednesday–Saturday with 7:00 AM–5:30 PM shifts, offering low-cost health, PTO, sick and holiday pay, plus employee discounts in a casual, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Stand and walk for long periods during shift; bend and stoop as needed.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of Cherry Picker operation experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of Reach Truck operation experience (preferred).

YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN ORDER PICKER - WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

The Receiving/Inventory Team typically works Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or until completion of work, on five-day/eight-hour shifts that are typically followed by weekends off. The Shipping/Order Fulfillment Team typically works Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or until completion of work, on four-day/ten-hour shifts that are typically followed by three consecutive days off.

As an Order Picker - Warehouse Associate, you will accurately read and interpret orders to pick, check, and ship products while ensuring each order meets quality and accuracy standards. You will efficiently pick orders using stock/cherry pickers according to order specifications and will sort and organize tires on racks or bins following established inventory procedures. Throughout the day, you will use computers, tablets, and RF scanners to manage inventory and process orders, verify shipments for completeness and quality, and operate high-reach trucks to support inventory control activities. You will assist with inventory counts and audits while adhering to quality standards, maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all safety protocols, and perform additional tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to cross-train and take on new tasks as needed
• Reliable with consistent, dependable attendance
• Ability to regularly lift, push, or carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to frequently climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently use hand and finger dexterity to handle products and operate equipment
• 1+ year(s) of warehouse experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of Cherry Picker operation experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of Reach Truck operation experience (preferred)
