AllDayShirts.com is seeking an Order Picker / Warehouse Associate in Lebanon, PA. This full-time role offers opportunities to join a growing apparel and fulfillment operation and contribute to efficient order fulfillment from a newly established site.

You will pick orders, locate items, stage for shipping, assist with inventory, and operate warehouse equipment with training provided. This position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick tickets and warehouse systems.

• Assist with replenishment, inventory counts, and general warehouse activities.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with the team to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

Overview

Job Title: Order Picker / Warehouse Associate

Location: Lebanon, PA

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available (including potential 10-hour shifts)

What You’ll Do

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick tickets and warehouse systems


• Locate products by size, color, quantity, and product information


• Stage orders correctly for packing and shipping
