Brilliance.com is seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer/Shipper to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. If you are organized, thrive in fast-paced settings, and take pride in precision, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist with restocking.
3. Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipments, generate labels and tracking info using Parcel Pro or similar systems, and collaborate with carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Manage small or fragile items carefully to ensure secure packaging and shipment.
5. Quality Control: Inspect items for accuracy and defects before shipping.
6. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
7. Documentation & Reporting: Keep order logs, update shipment records, and communicate with internal teams about order status.
8. Customer Support: Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve order issues, and handle daily office tasks such as responding to emails, answering calls, and following up with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations; eCommerce logistics experience is a plus.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight shipping deadlines.
4. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order management systems (WMS), shipping software (Parcel Pro, FedEx, UPS), and barcode scanners.
5. Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento and fulfillment software.
2. Knowledge of barcode scanning and warehouse management systems.
3. Understanding of shipping regulations and logistics best practices.

Terms

• Salary: $40,000 - $47,500 per year (negotiable).
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends as needed; 8-hour shifts.
• Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, paid vacation days (after one year), paid holidays.
