Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Order Picker Operator for a day shift at our Plainfield, IN facility. You will operate a cherry picker, stand-up forklift, and walkie stacker to perform case and full pallet picks, while maintaining accurate cycle counts and safety practices.

The role is full-time with a 7:00am-3:00pm shift and on-demand pay. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with overtime required including weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months previous order picker experience - required.
• Ability to work at heights of 30+ feet - required.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift 50lbs

Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday - overtime required including Saturday and/or Sunday

Location: 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168

Path to Permanent Employment: New hires participate in a 90-day evaluation period designed to support training and successful integration into the team.
