Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate scanners, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment. You will work as part of a team to move and track products, follow instructions, and maintain safety standards throughout shifts.

Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED; forklift or heavy machinery experience is a plus, as is comfort with RF scanners and touchscreens. Overtime may be required.

• Safely operate in a warehouse environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school degree or GED a plus
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus
• Able to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
• Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights to 50 pounds
• Safely operate warehouse equipment as required for the position (i.e., forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires coordinated movements
