Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to pick orders on the plant floor. You will work with a fast-paced team to place correctly prepared pallets on the warehouse line, ensuring accuracy and safety before shipment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, complying with safety standards, and maintaining reliable attendance in a continuous shift schedule. Overtime and shift rotation are expected as part of operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly for extended periods.
