Job summary

Trinity Employment is seeking an Order Picker in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate a Yale order picker, retrieve materials from gravity flow racking, and accurately pick, scan, and stage products according to orders.

This role requires experience with RF scanners, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time. Overtime may be required; safety procedures and teamwork are essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Yale order picker.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Consistent punctuality and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Yale order picker to retrieve materials from gravity flow racking.
• Accurately pick, scan, and stage products according to order requirements.
• Follow pick lists and production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Use RF scanners to track materials and maintain accurate inventory updates.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Assist with restocking and organizing racking as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other material handling and warehouse duties as assigned.

Order Picker – $18/HourPay: $18/hour Schedule: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday + OT on Fridays as needed Job Type: Full-Time

Frequent use of RF scanners is required to maintain inventory accuracy and support an efficient workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
