As an Order Picker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders within a warehouse or distribution center environment. Your primary focus will be to efficiently locate, pick, and prepare products for shipment, maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. This position requires close collaboration with inventory control and shipping teams to support seamless operations and meet delivery deadlines. You will utilize various equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scan guns to handle materials and verify order details. Ultimately, your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are complete, correctly packed, and dispatched on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with proper certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Basic proficiency with RF scanning technology or similar inventory management systems.
