Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our team. The role involves picking products for assembly and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Pulling cabinet stock for assembly
• Operating power equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers safely
• Organizing and maintaining warehouse tools
• Assisting in picking, packing, and labeling products
• Conducting quality checks on shipments
• Collaborating with team members for smooth operations
• Following safety protocols
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to operate basic power tools like drills
• Experience with forklifts and cherry pickers
• Availability to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with occasional Saturdays
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking
• Physical ability to lift heavy items
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adherence to safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-21.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime and weekends as needed

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: 1 year forklift experience (required)

Languages: English (required), Spanish (preferred)
