Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is hiring warehouse Packers to support the pharmacy warehouse operations. This non-patient-facing role focuses on packing prescriptions accurately and securely in a controlled warehouse environment, with on-site work at Warrendale, PA.

You will handle packing, labeling, and preparing shipments while using internal systems to ensure completeness and accuracy. A detail-oriented, organized mindset and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Able to accurately pack prescription orders and follow packing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pack completed prescription orders while ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare shipments according to standards and labeling.

Job description

Up to $2500 sign-on bonus paid out over a 12-month period based on shift assignment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Employees are required to obtain a Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician registration after hire and onboarding; the company fully funds the process and provides end-to-end support to ensure successful completion.
• Basic math skills
• General computer, internet, and Microsoft Office skills
• Flexibility to adjust tasks or schedules as needed
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
