Job summary

Pear Staffing in Maryland is seeking a Warehouse Packer to support daily shipping operations on-site. You will pack orders, follow special instructions, and verify items against the working order.

Ideal candidates have warehouse packing experience, can use a tape gun and RF scanner, work well in a team, and can lift 20+ lbs. Reliable attendance is essential, and basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Warehouse packing experience required.
• Must be able to use tape gun, tape up carton/bag and RF scan gun.
• Teamwork and cooperation.
• Must be reliable/dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Must be able to lift 20+ lbs. on a continual basis.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders according to Working Order.
• Read & follow the special instructions to pack orders.
• Double check product to ensure inventory and item picked are accurate based on the working order.
• Communicate, work, & report to Team Leader regarding: Out of stock items or substitutions before packing product or product without packaging in storage area.
• Report to team leader if find the product place in wrong area.
• Prioritize work & finish daily shipping goal according to company shipping goal.
• Stack cartons on pallets.
• Help maintain clean work area.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00 PM to 5:30PM
