Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or related function.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is required.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in SAP with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with feeder factories to manage order flow, production updates, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with project management teams to support order-related activities and milestones.
• Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or fulfillment issues.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and records within SAP and related systems.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to help ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and communicate reports on order progress, lead times, and key performance metrics.
