Sika Corporation in Michigan is seeking an Orders Administrator to receive, review, and process customer orders via phone, email, customer portal, or EDI, and to maintain accurate data in SAP.

You will coordinate with field sales, production, supply chain, logistics, and finance to resolve issues, communicate status, and support backorder reporting. Two+ years in order management and proficiency with SAP and MS Office required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in customer service, order management, inside sales support, manufacturing, distribution, or related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other order entry systems preferred; MS Office and email proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders via phone, email, portal, EDI, or other channels.
• Enter and maintain accurate order information in SAP and related systems.
• Monitor orders from entry through shipment and delivery; communicate status and changes to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate between customers, field sales, production scheduling, plants, and logistics to expedite orders and resolve issues.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to order status, pricing, invoices, returns, and shipments.
• Follow company policy and support reporting on open orders and backorders.
