Your ability to think ahead and prioritize effectively will directly impact customer satisfaction and Ferrara’s ability to deliver on its commitments.
Beyond execution, this role requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving. You’ll handle non-routine situations that require judgment beyond standard processes—investigating order discrepancies, resolving service issues, and partnering cross-functionally with supply chain, transportation, and sales teams to find solutions. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring that customer needs are met while maintaining operational discipline.

The salary range for this position is $60,675 to $84,945 annually.
