GE Vernova is seeking a detail-oriented project administrator to support order management and project documentation. You will enter orders into SAP, prepare acknowledgments and invoices, and assist project managers with administrative tasks.

As part of a collaborative team, you will coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing and Technical Support to ensure accurate, timely processing and compliant record-keeping across the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing.
• OR related field (or associate degree with at least 4 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field)

• Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software
• Prepare the Order Acknowledgment
• Prepare invoices
• Prepare the Lien Waivers
• Assist the project managers with administrative duties
• Support with other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Managers, etc.,

• Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, etc.
• order status and resolving discrepancies.

• Sales Revenue Recognition to be monitored

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current project documents and related information throughout the project cycle.
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or in broad area.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Supporting the process of logistics, good receipt, (inventory check, etc.)
• Proof of deliveries collection and administration
• Responsibilities as per business needs

Relocation Assistance Provided: No

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $69,600.00 and $104,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus. This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on April 17, 2026.
