Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to accurately pick, pack, label, and QC cannabis products before shipment. You will ensure compliant, efficient, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high product quality and regulatory adherence.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse, and physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is preferred, and familiarity with cannabis

• Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Willingness to follow strict safety, compliance, and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on order sheets or electronic systems.
• Verify product information including strain, SKU, batch/lot number, and quantity.
• Safely and securely pack products with tamper-evident seals.
• Apply state-compliant labels to packages.
• Conduct final QC checks for accuracy, compliance, and packaging integrity.
• Stage completed orders in the designated shipping area.
• Maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders and report discrepancies or damaged product.
• Follow SOPs and state regulatory requirements for full compliance.
• Support warehouse organization, inventory management, and cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliant, efficient, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and regulatory adherence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on order sheets or electronic order management systems.
• Verify product information including strain, SKU, batch/lot number, and quantity.
• Safely and securely pack products for delivery using appropriate materials and tamper-evident seals.
• Apply state-compliant labels to packages, ensuring accuracy and legibility.
• Conduct final quality control (QC) checks for accuracy, compliance, and packaging integrity.
• Stage completed orders in the designated shipping area for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders and report discrepancies or damaged product.

Physical and Mental Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Able to stand for 90% of the time. Comfortable with heights, occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to service the lights, filters, trellis netting and ceiling fans up to 25ft. Comfortable working atop and traversing scaffolding, when required. Comfortable with changing environment temperatures and humidity. Exposure to pollen, dust, dander, and other nature elements. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. Working Environment

Work is performed in a warehouse environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and the risk of electrical shock.
