Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Wilmer, TX is hiring an Order Filler Picker for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday). You will accurately pick, move, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting safe warehouse operations.

Qualified applicants have at least 6 months using an RF scanner; preferred are 6 months in a warehouse and experience with a dock stocker or order picker forklift. Pay is $18.10 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months using an RF Scanner.
• 0–12 months experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipments with correct product type and quantity.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.

Key Accountabilities:

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment insuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location .
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred
