Job summary

TVH Parts Co is hiring a Warehouse Order Filler for a full-time position in Grayslake, IL. You will read pick tickets, locate parts, and accurately pick items to match quantities. The role requires steady lifting and repetitive motion as part of daily tasks.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm. A $18/hour wage plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read pick tickets and identify part numbers accurately.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Read pick tickets and distinguish the location and part number.
• Pick parts according to quantities listed on the pick ticket.
• Visually verify correct part and location per ticket.
• Perform repetitive motions; stand, walk, and lift as required.
• Lift/move items up to 15–75 pounds as described.

Warehouse Order FillerFull Time (Monday - Friday 10:00am-7:00pm)Pay: $18 / hour***$1,000 Sign-On Bonus***Performs and completes basic essential functions with a focus on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals within the Distribution Center.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou’ll complete daily tasks and collaborate on some projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:Read pick tickets and distinguish the location and part numberPick parts according to quantities listed on the pick ticketPick parts according to quantities listed on the pick ticketVisually identify that part in location is correct per description and part number listed on pick ticketUse repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, finger, lift, push and pull from floor lever to overhead. Required to; stoop, kneel, crouch, sit and climb or balance. Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 75 pounds.PHYSICAL DEMANDSYou must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally.
