TVH Group in South Bend, IN is hiring an Order Filler to keep customer orders moving by pulling, checking, and packing parts accurately and on time. This full-time role follows standard procedures to ensure every shipment is correct and well protected before leaving the building.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and a strong 401(k) match. Shift hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM initially, moving to 10:00 AM–7:00 PM when the DC opens in 2027.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic proficiency with internet and computer systems for locating information.

Mansioni

• Follow procedures to pull and check orders.
• Verify accuracy of orders and relabel outgoing shipments.
• Check and pack orders according to packing slips for timeliness.
• Select shipping containers to protect products.
• Keep work area clean at end of shift.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
