Job summary

Military Produce Group LLC is seeking an Order Filler to select products from pick slots, palletize orders, and deliver to the dock in a safe and efficient manner.

You will operate a standup electric pallet jack, hand select in a 34–55°F refrigerated environment, and stack pallets according to procedure. Responsibilities include staging pallets, maintaining equipment, shrink-wrapping on the dock, and supporting other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
• Must be able to lift to 50lbs., transverse a warehouse unassisted, and stand for 8+ hours.
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment background screening.

The starting salary for this position is $17.00 per hour plus an additional $5.09 per hour in cash fringe benefits for a maximum hourly rate of up to $22.09 with the possibility of additional weekly performance incentives.

Cash fringe benefits may be used to purchase Medical/Health Insurances or any other voluntary coverages or may be used as an additional cash hourly benefit.
