Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Order Coordinator to identify and drive resolutions for customer-facing issues. The role involves analyzing orders, updating customers, and collaborating with manufacturing and support teams in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 1–3 years of factory-office experience, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with Oracle. You will work onsite at Regal Rexnord facilities in Wisconsin, with no direct reports and emphasis on data-driven process improvement.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in a factory office environment.
  • Understanding of general manufacturing operations.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and capable with MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle systems and data entry processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain production hour-by-hour boards and track data.
  • Audit finished goods and monitor stock levels.
  • Analyze production trends and report findings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Summarize order entry/process challenges and drive improvements.
  • Interact with internal/external customers to improve processes.
  • Handle multiple data-entry tasks across systems.
  • Investigate business conditions and take corrective actions.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Key Responsibilities

The Order Coordinator is someone that has the mindset to identify and drive resolutions to business conditions that do not meet customer expectations. This person is a self-starter willing to take high level directions, investigate the details of business systems and meet with cross-functional team members to create actions that will drive business problem resolution. Willing to dig into the details of orders to provide updates to customers or management. Willing and able to work in a production environment to learn how the manufacturing operation functions in relation to the data stream. Willing to work with internal and external customers to drive improvement. This position has no direct reports. Daily use of email and MS Office.

Essential Responsibilities
  • The completion and maintenance of the production hour by hour Tier-1 boards
  • Monthly auditing/cycle counting of stocked finished goods
  • Track production trends in excel and report out findings
  • Review Open Backlog Shortages and coordinate with cross functional teams
  • Team player able to work with all departments
  • Able to summarize order entry/process challenges
  • Willing and able to work with internal and external customers to improve business processes
  • Creating and driving business improvement actions
  • Multiple points of data entry in a range of systems
  • Analyze business performance data

  • Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in a factory office environment
  • Understanding of general manufacturing operations
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Oracle
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant work experience could be substituted
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Comfortable with MS PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with MS Access helpful

Physical Requirements

Lifting to a maximum of 35 lbs. Occasionally bending and lifting at the knees. Twisting frequently at waist and shoulder levels. Standing continuously. Frequently reaching out in front of body. Sustained physical effort. Capable of always wearing safety glasses with permanent side shields. Capable of always wearing steel-toed safety shoes. Capable of wearing other PPE as required. Continuous mental/visual attention. Visual acuity to read directions and prints and to inspect parts closely to ensure meet specifications.

Working Conditions

Typical manufacturing setting with moveable, mechanical parts and/or equipment.

In addition to normal manufacturing shop elements regarding temperatures (no air conditioning so warmer in summer months and cooler in winter months), dust, and noise levels (within required limits), working conditions may be somewhat disagreeable due to frequency of vibration (due to volume of parts) and exposure to higher-than-normal dust levels.
