Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Warehouse Order Builder to support our distribution operations in McAllen, TX. You will pull and assemble orders for delivery, operate pallet jacks and other equipment, and ensure correct date codes and product rotation while maintaining safety standards.

This role emphasizes physical stamina, repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs, and steady performance in a fast-paced warehouse. Starting pay is hourly with opportunities for incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Min 6 months of general work experience.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
• Repetitively lift, carry, and position product (weighing up to 50 lbs.) above shoulder height without assistance.
• Consistent kneeling, squatting and reaching above the head.
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment for a minimum of 100 yards.
• Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders based on pick tickets to build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Build orders using load tickets with pallet jacks or other power equipment.
• Manually lift and move products to restock and repack with correct date codes.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Meet productivity requirements.
• Stage completed pallets in designated areas.

Job Location: 4800 McAllen, TX
Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable:

Monday - Thursday / 11:00 AM - Finished

Friday 12:00 PM - Finished

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $16.75 to $19 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks
• Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
• Responsible for meeting productivity requirements
• Stage completed pallets in designated area
