Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in McAllen, TX is hiring Order Builders to pull customer orders, build loads for delivery, and stock shelves in a fast-paced warehouse. You will follow pick tickets, use pallet jacks and other equipment to prepare pallets for trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Starting pay ranges from $16.75 to $19 per hour based on experience, with additional earnings from incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Min 6 months of general work experience.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders based on pick ticket to build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Build orders according to load tickets using industrial power equipment.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack with correct date codes.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Meet productivity requirements and stage completed pallets in designated area.
