We are hiring immediately for full‑time Order Builder positions at Canteen in Kingsport, TN. Online applications only.

Location: 2021 Independence Way, Kingsport, TN 37660. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday; hours may vary. The role requires previous warehouse experience. Fixed pay rate: $14.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available.

Job Summary

You will pull, pick, and stack inventory, using our smart technology to determine the exact quantity of each item. You will discard damaged goods and lift up to 50 lbs per day. Your work will make guests happy and contribute to our team's success. The position offers a pathway to entry‑level management.

Responsibilities

• Pick fast and pick easy – the technology displays the quantity needed.
• Trash damaged items – throw out popped, beaten, or inedible goods.
• Lift regularly up to 50 lbs per day to load and stack items.
