Job summary

Compass Group at Fresh & Ready FG FL in Melbourne, FL is hiring for full-time ORDER BUILDER positions. Schedule includes Monday–Thursday, 2:30 pm–10:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour and a full benefits package.

You will pull, pick and stack to meet guests’ needs, in a temperature-controlled environment. You’ll be lifting 50–100 lbs and using smart tech to ensure accurate fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
