Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an Order Builder in Colorado to join our Warehouse team. You will build delivery loads, pull products, and ensure accurate fulfillment for customer orders in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 12PM to 10:30PM; Pay: $22.75/hr plus bonus. Base benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and vacation, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior pallet jack/forklift exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build orders by pulling quantities onto pallets for shipment.
• Ensure accurate, secure orders before loading onto trucks.
• Stage pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance as needed.
• Complete training requirements and assist with special projects.
• Restock picking areas as needed.
• Attend meetings and support team tasks.

Base pay range is $22.75/hr plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive
