Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Johnstown, CO is hiring an Order Builder to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery. You will assemble loads using pallets and operate voice-picking software and powered equipment in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and adhering to safety standards.

Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, 12PM–10:30PM; Pay: $22.75/hr with a bonus structure dependent on role. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSAs, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s).
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s).
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team,you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay range is $22.75/hr plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
