Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking an Order Builder to join our warehouse team in Colorado. You will build delivery loads, prepare orders for shipment, and operate voice-picking software in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend/holiday work and certification within one month are expected. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with pallet jack (manual or powered) preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certification within 1 month after hire date.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s) using voice-picking software.
• Ensure orders are accurate and secure for transport before loading into the truck.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Restock product in picking areas as needed.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before be loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay range is $21.50 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
