Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and instruct assigned classes in the locations and the times designated.
• Develop and maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Prepare for classes assigned and show written evidence of preparation upon request.
• Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.
• Employ a variety of instructional techniques and media.
• Protect students, equipment, and facilities.
• Evaluate student progress on a regular basis.
• Maintain records as required by law and district policy.
• Assist in formulating and enforcing school rules and policies.
• Make provisions for contact with students and parents outside instructional days.
