Job summary

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Able to perform repetitive hand motions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work early mornings, long hours, and seasonal schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plant, prune, train, thin, irrigate, and maintain fruit trees.
• Hand-harvest fruit according to size, color, and maturity standards.
• Sort, grade, pack, load and unload fruit.
• Inspect trees and crops and report pest or maintenance issues.
