Job summary

Alignment Health seeks a senior leader to serve as Vice President and Orange County General Manager, responsible for market strategy, execution, and financial results in Orange County’s Medicare Advantage business.

The role drives P&L targets, STARS and quality, RAF and revenue integrity, and provider performance, coordinating with Sales, Product, Network, Contracting, Finance, and Compliance. A strong track record in Medicare Advantage is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Preferred: MBA, MHA, MPH, JD, or related advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Orange County Medicare Advantage business plan, aligning market commitments with enterprise strategy.
• Own daily execution of approved plans for revenue, medical expense, MLR, membership, quality, risk adjustment, and provider economics.
• Build partner-specific operating plans for growth, medical cost, utilization, STARS, RAF, access, and member experience.
• Drive market growth and retention with cross-functional partners to deliver net growth, retention, revenue, and market share targets.
