Job summary

Aspen Dental is actively hiring an Oral Surgeon Dental Assistant to support clinical needs across our network. You will travel to nearby offices, assist during procedures, take dental X-rays, and ensure operatory setup and infection control.

Active license and X-ray certification are required, with a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer full-time, competitive pay of $28–$31 per hour, generous benefits, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a leading dental service

Qualifications

• Active license, registration, or permit with x-ray certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patients.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dental Assistant experience is required.
• Travel to assigned offices daily; valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record review may be requested per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby Aspen Dental offices to support patient care.
• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control and sterilize instruments/equipment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene strategies.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
