Heartland Dental Carus Surgical in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology and support four-handed dentistry to assist surgeons during a variety of procedures. Proficiency with Dentrix and iTero is preferred.

Qualifications

• Greet and educate patients throughout treatment.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to surgeons.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms with safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Manage supply and inventory; place and expedite orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve workflow.
