• Assist with oral surgery procedures including extractions, implants, and TMJ-related surgeries.
• Prepare rooms, instruments, medications, and supplies.
• Assist with patient intake, imaging, documentation, and postoperative instructions.
• Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards.
• Ensure the surgical schedule is prepared in advance and supplies available.
• Participate in inventory management and case preparation.
• Communicate clearly with doctors, patients, and staff.
• Cross-train to become proficient in increasingly complex procedures.
