Gwinnett Dental Implant/Perio Center in Lilburn, GA seeks an enthusiastic Oral Surgery Assistant to support the oral surgeon before, during, and after procedures. You will take X-rays, prep surgical equipment, and care for patients with a focus on safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of dental assisting experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of surgical techniques, with CPR/BLS and radiography certifications preferred.

Pay

• $30 - $40 per hour

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday

Work hours Monday - Wednesday 7 am - 4:30 pm

Thursday 7 am - 2:00 pm

Requirements

• License & Certification: Driver’s license, Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

We are looking for a diligent oral surgery assistant to support our oral surgeon before, during, and after each dental procedure. Your responsibilities will include taking X-rays, preparing surgical equipment, and tending to patients. You will also be required to monitor inventory levels and replenish our dental supplies, as needed.

To be successful as an oral surgery assistant, you should be highly organized and attentive to patients' needs. An outstanding oral surgery assistant should have an excellent understanding of oral surgery procedures and exceptional hand-eye coordination.
