The practice is led by experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeons Dr. R. Dean Lang, Dr. Brent J. Ramsey, and Dr. Matthew S. Doan. Together, the team provides a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical excellence, advanced technology, patient comfort, and collaborative care.

The practice is recognized for its use of Micro‑Incisional Dento‑Alveolar Surgical techniques (MIDAS), designed to reduce surgical time and support a more comfortable postoperative recovery. Its doctors also use digital imaging, convenient 3D scanning, and comprehensive sedation options to support accurate diagnosis, efficient treatment planning, and excellent clinical outcomes.
Doctors are supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams across three established offices in Valencia, Canoga Park, and Palmdale. The practice serves communities throughout the San Fernando Valley, Antelope Valley, and Santa Clarita Valley.
