We are representing a highly respected, surgeon-led oral surgery practice in Springfield, Missouri , that is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join their established and growing team. This full-scope practice is known for its patient-first philosophy, strong community presence, and collaborative environment built on mentorship and clinical excellence.

Position Overview

Schedule :

Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Location : Single-location, well-established private practice with a modern surgical facility and a loyal referral base.

Clinical Scope Includes :

Dental Implants (including advanced full-arch cases)

Bone Grafting & Ridge Preservation

Wisdom Teeth Removal

Complex Tooth Extractions

Exposure of Impacted Teeth for Orthodontics

3D Imaging & Digital Workflow

In-Office General Anesthesia (IV Sedation & Local)

You’ll be supported by experienced clinical staff, cutting-edge equipment, and access to robust continuing education—all within a collegial, low-turnover practice that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and long-term professional development.

Production-Based Earnings : Tiered collections model with high revenue potential, supported by strong case volume and reimbursement rates.

Income Guarantee : $33,333 / month or tiered collections model (whichever is greater) for the first 12 months during ramp-up and credentialing.

Student Loan Assistance : $2,000 / month for the first year to help ease the burden of educational debt while you build your caseload.

Relocation Assistance : Negotiable, based on candidate needs.

Continuing Education : $2,500 annual CE stipend for advanced training, travel, and certifications.

Paid Time Off : Four (4) weeks of vacation annually.

Full Benefits Package : Includes medical, dental, vision, disability, HSA / FSA, legal and identity protection, and optional pet insurance.

Malpractice Coverage : Premium OMSNIC policy fully paid by the practice.

Clinical Support : All implants, supplies, instruments, and surgical technology are fully covered by the practice—ensuring the highest standards of care and outcomes.
