Job summary

OMS Consulting provides traveling oral surgery services to dental offices, performing third molar extractions under sedation. We support surgeons with clinical and admin staff to enable high-volume, high-revenue days.

Surgeons work as 1099 contractors and earn 30% of adjusted production, averaging $8k/day to the surgeon. You may work as little as 1 day per month or make it your full-time job. Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a dental license and ABOMS Diplomate (or be eligible).

Qualifications

• Must have dental license to practice.
• ABOMS Diplomate (or be eligible).
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certification as applicable.
• DEA license and local permits as applicable.
• Malpractice insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow our Lead Oral Surgeon during the second interview to observe workflow and ask questions.
• Be prepared to demonstrate understanding of the clinic’s typical day of surgery across multiple sites.
