Job summary

Baystate Dental on Harrison Ave in Springfield, MA is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to provide comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care. You will diagnose, treatment plan, and perform procedures with full clinical autonomy in a patient-centered environment.

Full-time is preferred, with part-time considered. The role offers strong referral relationships, modern facilities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Minimum DDS/DMD with OMFS cert and active MA license required.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Specialty certificate in OMFS required.
• Active dental license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral and maxillofacial surgical care.
• Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of oral/maxillofacial conditions.
• Perform implants, third molar extractions, and related surgeries.
• Develop treatment plans based on exams and imaging.
• Educate patients on procedures and postoperative care.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and in-office teams.
