Job summary

Salt Dental Partners is opening a brand-new oral surgery practice in Meridian, Idaho. This growth opportunity starts with 12 days per month and includes 2 clinical days plus 1 marketing/referral development day weekly, with a path to full-time as patient volume increases.

You will perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including implants and IV sedation, collaborating with local referring dentists. Idaho license and ABOMS preferred; competitive compensation discussed.

Qualifications

• Must have DDS or DMD degree and completed OMS residency.
• Active Idaho license or eligibility; Idaho DEA registration.
• Ability to administer IV sedation and general anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Perform full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including extractions and implants.
• Coordinate with referring dentists and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to standards.
• Participate in referral development during ramp-up.
